Useful tips to prevent fire tragedies

Since we are a Fire Fighter Credit Union we decided to share with everyone some very useful tips on how to prevent fire at home. These tips can save your life plus it won’t hurt to learn something new.

The following video will show you what to do if your pan catches fire

1. Turn off the heat.
2. Soak a cloth with water (remove excess) and bring it to the pan.
3. Cover the pan and wait until it is cooled down, don’t try to move the pan and whatever you do DON’T THROW WATER ON THE FIRE.
